Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly: your name, contact details, message content and, where you contribute, the details required to process and receipt a donation.

We also collect limited technical information such as pages viewed and approximate location, used only to understand how the platform is used and to keep it secure.

How we use information

To respond to enquiries, process and receipt contributions, coordinate volunteering, and report publicly on aggregate figures.

Published reporting uses aggregate totals. Individual donors are not named publicly unless they have explicitly consented.

Sharing and disclosure

Information is shared with payment processors and service providers only to the extent required to deliver the service, and with auditors where required for financial oversight.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to authorities only where legally required.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for two years. Financial records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and audit rules.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.

Requests can be made through the Contact page and are answered within thirty days.

Cookies

The platform uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function and for basic, aggregate usage measurement. No advertising cookies are set.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to administrative systems is restricted to authorised staff.

No system is completely secure. Suspected incidents should be reported immediately through the Contact page.
