The problem
The existing facility is operating beyond its designed capacity, with limited space for maternity, outpatient and laboratory services.
Objectives
- Add outpatient and maternity wings
- Install reliable power and cold-chain storage
- Improve water and sanitation on site
- Expand laboratory diagnostic capability
Project story
Munuki's population has grown faster than its health infrastructure. This expansion adds clinical space, reliable power and improved sanitation so families can be treated close to home instead of travelling across the city.
